Our Team

Rose is the Creator and Director of The VIP Mentor Program, a non-profit mentoring program for young men. He has worked with families all over the United States on issues involving conflict resolution, staying in school, family values, multiculturalism, the life lessons of sports, community pride and having a strong sense of self. Rose was the Lead Instructor of Handle with Care for Tarrant County with over 23 years of experience. He holds an MA in Counseling and Psychology and a BFA in Communications. It is a joy for Rose to teach confidence and principles of Handle with Care.
