With over 25 years of experience in behavioral health, child welfare and juvenile justice, I have a passion for creating relational and physical safety. Over my career I have developed a unique lens of safety, trauma and attachment from the front lines of therapeutic group care. My direct care experiences in behavioral health settings equipped me with a deep understanding of the neuro-biology of stress and trauma informed interventions. If your agency's patients, clients, students and staff do not feel physically safe in your care, they will struggle to ever feel psychologically safe. From 2014-2024 I was A Clinical Senior Trainer in Public Welfare for Centene Corporation. Degrees & Certifications: You MH First Aid, Certified Trauma Professional (IATP).  BS in Sociology.  I played varsity Soccer at James Madison University an NCAA Elite 8 team defensive MVP.
